Our Process

Banks Jackson and Middleton Inc. helps Educators to retire. Our advisors offer assistance with 403(b) and 457(b) supplemental retirement plans in various metro school systems, and they enroll Educators in Roth IRA’s. The 403(b) and 457(b) plans supplement the Georgia Teachers Retirement System which is a defined benefit plan. Social Security is the third component of retirement plans. However, some of the school systems do not pay into social security. Our advisors sit down with Educators and explain these various retirement vehicles and help them to develop an overall plan so they can retire more comfortably.  The goal is to help clients retire with the necessary income to last through lifespan. They also work with other client referrals. There is a roadmap to retire with adequate income to last through lifespan. Our advisors also provide income tax preparation services to clients and advise clients on Estate Planning and Debt reduction concepts. Banks Jackson Middleton will guide you through this process.
